Welcome. You’re probably reading this because you’re interested in Learning, coaching or Leadership development. There are hundreds of excellent Trainers and Training companies in the UK. So what’s different about what I’m offering? It’s widely known that most actual ‘learning’ happens on the job or via a Manager, not through attending a ‘course’.
I do indeed offer courses, one day and longer Leadership development courses, but additionally, I want to work with you to make sure that the learning actually sticks, and makes a difference. The most important thing about any Training event is what happens afterwards. I make my sessions as impactful as possible by catering for a range of learning styles, and creating a solid learning experience with pre-work, and reviews within the sessions. But I also work with clients to put in place very practical ways to make the learning effective afterwards. I reckon that’s good value. And I look forward to working with you.
