The website and Caroline Frost Consultancy Limited
The website (carolinefrostconsultancy.com) is a ‘store front’ for our business and as such no marketing is done from the site. No personal data is stored here except for the normal cookies which are needed for the website to function. The purpose of the website is to clearly set out what I offer as a consultancy.

Personal data
We collect and store personal data relating to clients that we have been in contact with as a result of previous work using our computerised address book and email program we collect names, emails, telephone numbers and company addresses as required and in order to be able to carry out our normal business.
We email clients and individuals within client companies, after receiving a briefing to do so. We never solicit business using these email addresses, or other client data.
If you would like us to remove your email address from our email address book please contact us directly using the link below, and we will ensure you no longer hear from us.
How and why data might be used
In addition to business email and the data described above, we have access to some Profile Data for individuals at client companies These profiles are normally completed via our Client’s own accounts with suppliers such as Thomas PPA Disc, and Belbin. Our access to these is authorised by our clients. Our access is limited to what my main Client Contact agrees that we need to be able to see/use to perform our business with them.
In addition, for some projects, we have access to individual client Learning Style profiles or 360 results (internal). In all cases any printed copies of these reports are filed and held securely in a private office that is kept locked when it is not occupied. If reports or other data are no longer current they are shredded securely, then recycled.
